At our processing plant, we begin with a grading process to determine kernel size, weight, and overall quality. Following successful grading, the bulk product undergoes a secondary process to eliminate any defective items. After nuts have completed the second grading process, they move through a final quality control process and the count per kg is recorded.

After sorting, the product moves on to the packaging department. Once packaged, it proceeds to the export department where an independent consultant verifies the export quality for each container shipped internationally by Nut Link.

Annually, we export more than 100 containers of Pecan Nuts directly to our international clients, bypassing the use of agents. Every aspect of the process, from sourcing premium, high quality pecans to processing and exporting them is managed internally by our team of skilled professionals.
